Top Mounted Knife Sharpener
Permanently attached, all metal, heavy duty design. Uses
large grinding and honing stones. Sharpener cannot be lost
or dropped.
Precision Thickness Adjustment
Precision mechanism consistently holds setting for high
yield slicing and allows hot or cold foods to be sliced from
tissue thin to 1-1/4" thick.
Gear Driven Knife
1/3 HP motor drives helical cut gears assuring dependable,
non-slip trouble free operation.
Gliding Carriage Movement
Highly polished slide bars for smooth gliding and reduced
friction. Reduces operator fatigue.
Stainless Steel Knife
12" STAY-SHARP knife is designed to maintain a razor
sharp edge for high yield slicing.
Stainless Steel Removable Product Receiving Tray
Convenient for removing sliced product from slicer.
Knife Ring Guard
Permanently attached knife ring guard protects non-slicing
portion of the knife during operation and cleaning.
Knife Cover Interlock
Prevents slicer from operating when knife cover is removed
for cleaning.
